TrackHat – Long processing delay and no customer service

TrackHat : Classical case of a small business being overwhelmed by a sudden huge amount of orders…then they receive a huge amount of emails from customers asking why it takes so long…and then they don’t look at their emails and don’t even bother answering to their customers.

Best way to destroy your name.

It seems like you got a great product but don’t forget that customer service is one of the most important part of managing a business.

From what I see on those forum everyone trying to contact you don’t get any answer. It looks like your processing time is more 3-4 weeks than 3-5 business days. You should atleast inform your customers about it.

Placed my order 1 week ago…looks like I won’t get it before the end of february…

Same here. Ordered last Monday. Status „Processing“.
If there is a delay you should just admit it, but saying nothing is just „meh“.

Well I got an email confirmation that my order was shipped yesterday…sooner than I expected !

But…I have no tracking number and I paid the extra fee to get it…and no way to contact TrackHat…nice =/

I waited a month for my TrackHat over Decemeber. Since the start of January I have been trying to talk to them to find a fix, as opentrack won’t pick up the PS3-eye video. So far (nearly 6 weeks later), no steps have been given to try and fix it. Response times are usually 1-2 weeks, and they tell me if I return it I don’t get my postage refunded. I’m trying my best to be patient, but the service is just terrible.

In other news, I received a TrackIR 5 today. Plug and play, more responsive, no fiddling. I wish I just went with the TrackIR to begin with.

Worst customer service ever…actually they don’t have customer service.

I paid the extra fee to get a tracking number when my order would be shipped (I’m from Canada) but they never sent one…I looked on my order details, my spam box…got nothing. Only got the confirmation that the order was sent but no tracking number…

Tried to contact them by email numerous time but they are answering only to business (completely ridiculous)…so I won’t get any answer.

No way to contact them on Facebook, no way to contact them by email, no way to have feedback on their own forums since they never answer. It’s a major disappointment…you won’t go far if you treat your customers like sh*t.
