Estimated shipping times are as follows:

|International||Between 2 and 4 weeks|
These estimates are not guaranteed delivery times, and depend on location (rural, urban etc), customs clearance and delaying conditions in England and your home country (postal strikes, severe weather etc).
While most of our orders reach their destination in the estimated delivery time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to international postal services. If you choose to not select tracked shipping, or your country does not provide tracking we will be unable to locate your parcel.
You, as a customer, are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the customs department of your home country. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Important Update for customers in South Africa from the Royal Mail:
Update: 12 September 2018
End date: Ongoing
Indefinite postal strike commenced in Johannesburg Airport impacting on the operation and handling of mail upon arrival.
As previously advised, this will affect all International Standard and International Signed postings which are currently being processed within 6+ weeks and 8+ weeks respectively.
These aims will more likely worsen as volumes of mail and backlogs grow as a result of the strike. We will keep monitoring this situation and advise of any developments.”
Any orders sent in the last month and any new orders will, unfortunately, be delayed for approx. 2 months. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
