Last month, the TrackHat sensor V2 head tracker turned 1 year old! We thought it was time for a mid cycle refresh, and we've upgraded our custom hinge mechanism to include heat insert fittings for a longer lasting design. Designing the TrackHat sensor was an interest task; we wanted the ideal small and unobtrusive package that was also as simple as possible for the user to set up. This resulted in a simple small package design with some special features to optimize for head tracking. Trackhat is constantly looking for feedback from users enjoying their head tracking experience in games and sims such as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Xplane, Star Citizen, Elite dangerous, and many more.
